If so you might like to try this ...
Vixta
It is still young and may have problems but if you feel good supporting Open Source Projects and want your family and friends to see what linux has to offer without too drastic a switch then this may be for you.
| linux.com Review | Vixta is a new Linux distribution, first released only last month, based on the not-yet-released Fedora 8. Its main objective is to emulate the visual aspects of Microsoft Vista. Version 095 contains the newest, and sometimes unstable, versions of software. The project's goals include being free in every sense, requiring absolutely no configuration, and being user-friendly, eye-catching, and familiar. Too bad the goals don't include feature-complete and stable.

Trying to emulate Vista is paying Vista too much of a compliment!

I like Vista, I really do. It's actually a good MS OS for once and it is much more customisable than Windows XP.

Vista has many bugs, it has lots of problems!
Thats why windows7 developed by microsoft in a rush to cover their failure!
