Would it be possible to have a Forum dedicated to people posting links to useful software and tools that they have found.
For instance I stumbled upon moon edit today. Which is a fun piece of software that lets multiple users collaborate via a text file.
I could not find an obvious place to put this.
Ideally it would be useful if we could have some of rating facilities so that people could provide feedback on how useful they found the link provided.

Im still not completly clued in on the goings on, but I dont know if these forums are staying anyway.
